Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RankSignal, operated by NABX LTD ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them. If you're signing up on behalf of an agency or business, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.

RankSignal tracks your Google local search rankings across a configurable geographic grid, and checks whether AI assistants (ChatGPT and, depending on your plan, Gemini and Perplexity) recommend your tracked businesses in response to configured prompts. Results depend on third-party data (Google's search results via our data provider, and each AI vendor's own responses) that we don't control and can't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of.

RankSignal is for business use — SEO agencies and the businesses they manage campaigns for — not consumer use. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

New accounts start on a free trial with no card required. Current pricing and plan limits are shown on our pricing page and in your account's billing settings — not duplicated here, since plans and prices can change.

Paid subscriptions bill monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.

Don't use RankSignal to scan businesses or run prompts you don't have a legitimate reason to track, attempt to circumvent plan limits or rate limits, resell access without agreement from us, or interfere with the service's operation or other customers' use of it.

You own the business, keyword, and prompt data you add to RankSignal. We process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep RankSignal reliably available but don't currently offer a formal uptime guarantee or service-level agreement. We'll do our best to give notice of planned maintenance that affects availability.

RankSignal's software, design, and branding are our property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you.

RankSignal is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on rank or visibility data we provide — it's a signal to inform your work, not a guarantee of search outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded, such as for fraud.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, including the acceptable-use section above, with notice where practical.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

If we make a material change, we'll email account holders and update the date at the top of this page before it takes effect.
