Methodology
“Mentioned” means ChatGPT named the business by name when asked a plain question about its category and town (e.g. “What is the best plumber in Canterbury?”) — one check, one model, not the fuller multi-model comparison the paid product runs. This figure only appears once at least 30 checks have resolved, so a handful of results can't swing it. Never counts a failed check as “not mentioned.”
